We enjoyed the experience this hotel provided. However, we wish we had been told in advance about what not to do during the buffet breakfast, and bedroom slippers are only available on request. The room carpet was quite stuffy, but that might be because I have a sensitive nose.

We just left this hotel, so it's time to write an honest review. During our stay, we found some good and bad points. The good points are that the room was clean, the hotel staff was very friendly, and the breakfast menu was delicious. Meanwhile, the bad points are that the hotel's swimming pool is tiny and the water looks dirty.

This hotel never fails to impress and serves guests with hospitality and friendly prices. I have never regretted staying here until I decided to write these reviews. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the hotel's location is excellent. However, there were no towels in the bathroom. We complained immediately, and the staff delivered towels to our room.

We decided to booking a room at this hotel because of its location near the center of Porto. The prices per night were okay, and the hotel staff was very nice and friendly. However, the hotel is a bit old-fashioned, as there are a lot of brown colors. That said, the room was clean and a good size. The only downside is that there is little parking space at the front of the hotel.

My family and I were traveling to Milan for the first time and chose this hotel immediately. The hotel was fantastic as we were made very welcome. The rooms are great and have a grand Italian feel at great prices. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would use this hotel again. The hotel is fine. Breakfast is also okay. The heater doesn't work properly. The staff was friendly, but they gave us misleading information. We booked a taxi through the hotel to the airport early in the morning and were assured three times that we could pay 100 euros by card, only to arrive at the airport and argue with the taxi driver when he insisted that he could only take cash. We then had to find an ATM.

The hotel is nice and has a very delicious breakfast buffet, and I enjoyed the evening buffet there. However, during our stay, it was very difficult to access the WIFI. Despite logging in, I kept losing the connection.

The hotel's location is in the convenient center of Cape Town's main CBD. However, this area is not safe for tourists to walk around alone. Fortunately, the hotel offers a safe shuttle service. The beds are comfortable but nothing special, and the air conditioning works well. The bathrooms are small and have showers without doors or glass to prevent water from flooding the floor outside.

The condo is big, lovely, and cozy. We loved it so much! The highlight is the staff's service, as they were always quick to help us in any way they could, always greeted you with a friendly smile, and address you by name. Also, the waitress was very attentive, remembering what we ordered daily.
