This was my second trip to Vietnam, but I stayed at Vinpearl this time. It was a pleasant experience, although the service made me wait too long. Overall, it is okay.

The breakfast was delicious, and every meal I tried at the on-site restaurant was excellent. My only recommendation is to expand the selection of regional food.

My honeymoon was beautiful at this stay!! Every spot here looks excellent, including a clean room and a private pool. I also love the views.

Very spoiled with friendly staff, good room service, and complete facilities. The hotel is close to the beach so if you want to go on vacation, make a reservation!

My experience at this hotel could have been better as a Diamond Accor member, especially as I did not get a room upgrade. The check-in process took 45 minutes, and the check-out process was equally slow. The noise from the rooftop function bothered us throughout our stay, while the staff seemed less than attentive.

The staff's service needs to be appreciated here. The rest of the room facilities are complete. The swimming pool is clean, and there are many chairs lined up to relax!

I wanted to stay in the room for a while before sightseeing around the hotel, but unfortunately, there was no converter socket. It's a good thing my laptop battery was still half full! The lodge offers a great concept with a fantastic play experience, allowing guests to observe animals up close at the waterhole. However, the quality of service needs to meet Mantis' expected standards, with food and service falling short of expectations.

The staff was responsive when we complained about our room on the first floor, which was on the busy street. The next day, we asked to move to a better room.

The hotel has modern Italian-designed rooms with lovely details. The breakfast is good and includes eggs, cannolis, and cheese. It is four blocks from the main street and one mile from the Duomo.
