3-star for the Hyatt resort. 5-star for the Kidz' Club. The club was the best in its facilities. Our daughters and son enjoyed it. The staff played and talked with our kids. That was the reason our kids said they felt safe being there.

We had a remarkable vacation at Hyatt. The staff in all locations was fantastic. The food and drink were good, and all the swimming pools were terrific. My only nitpick is that the front desk doesn't keep track of things and doesn't write stuff down.

I enjoyed the superb food and drinks. The staff and service were also wonderful in meeting my demands. They are super polite.

I had a good experience at this resort. The buffet had a good assortment of food, but it had a minimal beer selection.

We enjoyed our stay—plenty of activities for the whole family, including aqua aerobics and water polo. The rooms are significant in size but could use some upgrades. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant stay.

I stayed in this beach hotel for seven days for my summer vacation. The room was clean and full of amenities. I also loved the bathtub and swimming pool. But I got tired of the buffet dishes. I wanted something with more variety.

It was our first time in an all-inclusive resort in Mexico. We celebrated our 50th birthday with eight people. Meanwhile, my husband did scuba diving and we'll be back to get certified. The double rooms are clean, the food is yummy, but the staff are exceptional. They're friendly, helpful, and fun.

I liked the large rooms, which were full of amenities. Though some are a bit dated and need maintenance, Aside from that, we enjoyed our spa and restaurant visits.

Iberostar Selection Coral Cancún was my first all inclusive stay. It was incredible. The activity, entertainment, food, and overall hospitality was fantastic. The waiters was keeping us entertained and hydrated in the pool all day.

Loved the activities, the staff is so good, Jared and Enrique from activities and Axel as a waiter The breakfast is good on the salad meals and it is relaxing space for family vacation The music is good and I won the black jack game The food by the pool is also good and the centenario margaritas are great

We love the direct access to the beach and the all-inclusive experience. The pool is impressive, with clean water and many loungers. However, the cleanliness could be improved. I found some strands of hair in the bathroom.

Great resort !! Improved front desk experience from last time, which was a plus.

It's a beautiful hotel with super comfortable rooms. The ocean and garden view from the balcony is breathtaking. The minibar also saved my life in the room. All in all, I had a great time at this hotel.

The room comes with good amenities like good connection of WIFI, decent AC, and clean bathroom. But, I couldn't find food that match with my taste buds.

We stayed seven nights at the Occidental Cozumel hotel. We paid for a suite room, but might have been better off with a standard room in a building with better AC.

The staffs took great care of me and my husband in the Maya Beach Buffet. The swimming pool and beach were stunning. It was superb being able to go between the resorts and the attractions were very cool! We enjoyed the Mayan Adventure excursions. That was a super fun but it was not nearly long enough!

The service and staff are absolutely amazing. We also love the grounds, rooms and pools. But, based on our taste buds, the food need a little bit seasoning.

The hotel is conveniently located in beach front. We love the super friendly and helpful staff. During our vacation, we also enjoy the great food and relaxed environment. The good wifi connection allow ,e to stay connected.

This hotel is understaffed and overworked. The property is stunning with an superb view of the ocean. The beachfront is also has clean ocean and soft sand. Meanwhile the rooms are clean and a lot wider than I excepted. But, the check in staff seemed upset to be working.
