There is no direct access to the beach, and valet parking is also unavailable. Cleanliness needs to be improved. I found that previous guests' trash was still in the room, and the private pool area lacked privacy as it was easily visible to passers-by.

This hotel could do so much more with its space. One effort that the hotel could make is to improve the quality of the beach bar, such as lowering the prices of drinks to make them more affordable.

The accommodations were excellent, and the staff was quite helpful in all aspects. Our view was so beautiful that we didn't want to leave the room. Our son also was happy with the water slide.

The hotel was very nice and clean, especially the well-maintained room. On the plus side, the hotel is next to a beautiful beach and adjacent to a vibrant shopping center. I was delighted to stay at this hotel.

Overall, our stay at this hotel was rather pleasant. This is what we can review, it was clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the bed we got was not very comfortable, but we were okay with that.

This reviews relates to the air conditioning and bathroom in our room. Overall, the hotel is nice, but the bathroom shower did not drain well, there was mold on the bathroom tiles, and the AC was hot. Fortunately, the hotel staff address it well. We visited Spectrum for breakfast and the buffet rates were worth it, as the food was delicious.
