The view is beautiful, and the staff's service is very satisfying. The staff is friendly and passionate. However, some of the restaurant staff seemed tired and needed more enthusiasm.

Overall, my stay had some ups and downs. So, Im going to make points that the hotel had to improve: (-) Housekeeping was a bit odd—they cleaned the bathroom but skipped making the bed, and the floor stayed pretty dusty (-) AC was way too loud (-) Options for dessert were limited (-) There were no knives, so I had to get creative with a spoon and fork to cut my eggs and bread

The check-in process was very easy, although the machine did not read my passport well. Fortunately, the receptionist was kind and helped me until the check-in process was complete. Also, we could easily access some of the places we wanted to visit using the metro line. We will definitely rebook here when visiting Barcelona again.

I've stayed here before, and the service, accommodations, and support facilities were so good that we're planning to stay there again for our Christmas vacation this year. We just discovered that the hotel hosts an afternoon tea during Christmas week.

Sorry for the late reviews. SO/PARIS Hotel is one of the trendiest hotels I have ever visited. The property and the rooms are incredible. The hotel has a fantastic bar and restaurant overlooking the stunning Parisian cityscape. A must-visit, this will be our place of stay for all our future trips to Paris.
