The hotel is good, with decent minimalist rooms. The air conditioner was a lifesaver after spending time outside. Breakfast was monotonous, though. They only served a ready-made buffet.

Visiting the eco park connected to the ocean was the most exciting experience ever. You can even clearly see Cozumel Island. Xcaret offers affordable packages. Niceee!

I saw some bad reviews about the service of this tour, which is not true. This tour handled and served me well and deftly. Overall, I highly recommend this tour for people who read my review.

Worst furnished kitchen I have ever seen. I asked the staff to bring a broiler pan, but they brought a grill pan. Sadly, if you turn off the light above the bar in the kitchen, the ceiling fan in the room turns off. Hopefully, the resort can improve on all its shortcomings.

This reviews is specific to the hotel's room. First of all, the room was very nice and warm. However, we didn't get a fan on the first night, so we complained to the staff until they finally gave us a fan. I would still recommend people booking a room at this hotel to spend their vacation time.
