The hotel personnel informed us that we had to utilize Sunwing since it was beyond their control when we didn't receive the accommodation we had reserved.

I was very happy to meet the hotel's staff. They're accommodating in offering me a power bank. But, the AC was not hot enough inside the convention room and some of us were sweating. Need asap to resolve!

The hotel was very nice and comfortable, but unfortunately, every lobby seat, bar stool, and hallway was filled with meeting attendees networking. The hotel staff should have been more assertive and directed them to the conference room instead.

When staying at this hotel, the good feelings never stop flowing. From the accommodation to the service, the staff always managed to satisfy me. For example, the hotel staff did not hesitate to give us a daily schedule every morning with all the activities we could do.

The hotel room was very clean and had a large flat-screen TV. Unfortunately, the fridge wasn't working properly, and hot water kept coming out, but the hotel staff fixed it quickly. The hotel also provides a wide selection of local breakfast menu items mixed with American food. It was nice to eat while looking at the stunning ocean view.
