I could still hear noise from the outside, but it was still bearable. The room was clean and good, considering the price. The buffet breakfast was also a good Kickstarter.

Friendly and accommodating staff, especially Calix, who helped me when I decided to extend our stay. The staff at the executive lounge are the best. That was worth the rate room we paid. They never fail to make their guests feel special! Unfortunately, there's a renovation, so our stay was inconvenient.

Before we departed from the hotel, the receptionist gave us two hours of space to shower. That was wonderful. I would also like to thank the hotel reception for allowing us to have dinner at the restaurant upon arrival. Fortunately, the restaurant was open for new visitors in the evening to enjoy the meal for free.

The room was clean and somewhat modern, but the TV didn't work properly and there was no hairdryer. With the prices per night being quite expensive, we were very disappointed with the facilities in this hotel room. On arrival, I said I wanted to book a shuttle for the following day. Suddenly, we had to pay $20 even though this was clearly advertised as free and had no restrictions.
