The rooms and accesses, like the spa, pool, and gym, look stunning and clean. However, the restaurant service at this hotel could have been faster. The food took a long time, and breakfast options needed to be improved.

My experience at this hotel could have been better as a Diamond Accor member, especially as I did not get a room upgrade. The check-in process took 45 minutes, and the check-out process was equally slow. The noise from the rooftop function bothered us throughout our stay, while the staff seemed less than attentive.

The pool area has only a few seats and tables. The same goes for the bar area. So, I had to wait for other guests to leave.

When I visited the restaurant, I was a little upset that the waiter didn't address me what buffet menu items weren't available. I was only informed after my order was processed.

We loved everything about Hotel Grand A View! We stayed in a pool-facing room with an ocean view. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. We send our appreciation for a great stay to one of the hotel staff, whose name we forgot, as he warmly greeted guests as they entered. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
