Iberostar Waves Bouganville Playa Review
What a lovely family vacation! The hotel room is extremely spacious. It is also very tidy, and the staff is lovely; the hotel could do better with updating a little bit. Aside from that, we had a great time! The food was also good, with plenty to choose from!

I stayed at this hotel well because of the top-notch customer service. Thus, the price per night is worth the service provided. I will return to this hotel for a vacation in Miami Beach with my family. One drawback is that the swimming pool was freezing.
