The location of this hotel is excellent, as it's close to Sforza Castle, Milan Information Center with Hop On Hop Off Bus and Day Tours, Duomo city center, and Pincotera Museum. The hotel room was also comfortable, and we were given outstanding service. However, our room light didn't work correctly, so the room seemed dark. The bed was a bit hard. The handheld shower stand broke, so I left it lying in the bathtub.

This hotel's position is great, as it is close to the main road and market. Generally, it is a small boutique hotel, but the facilities and amenities provided are very satisfying, including the breakfast area in the basement, which is very cozy and unique. The staff is all very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, this hotel does not provide a fitness center. What a shame!

We enjoyed the experience this hotel provided. However, we wish we had been told in advance about what not to do during the buffet breakfast, and bedroom slippers are only available on request. The room carpet was quite stuffy, but that might be because I have a sensitive nose.
