The hotel provided me with easy access to city transportation, so I had no issues during my business trip. Besides, the meals were suitable for my taste buds.

The management is disorganized, and the personnel is five-star, but it feels like they just woke up. There was no notification that the main pool was closed.

The hotel provides many restaurant and bar options. However, our choice fell on the Polo Bar. Although the prices were pretty expensive, everything lived up to our expectations. Luckily, there's always a 'happy hour', which makes the cocktail prices even cheaper.

I just realized that not all staff can speak English, so I had a bit of trouble during the check-in process. Fortunately, it still went well, although it was a bit too long.
