The beach on the front side is better than the backside. The pool is hot. During Hurricane Beryl, we couldn't have alcohol or room service for over 24 hours, and we weren't compensated.

Enjoying the wonderful main pool, it was a perfect spot to relax. The animation team was outstanding and friendly staff are making us feel welcome. Sadly, the restaurant service didn’t meet expectations and was a bit disappointing compared to the rest of the hotel’s offerings.
Go Karting Day Trip From NYC Review
The trip was so much fun that we wanted to add a go-kart racing session. However, when we did so, we were suddenly required to pay an additional fee. That was one of the disappointing factors of this trip.
