At first, we were taken aback by the high price indeed, the price of all-inclusive luxury resorts. However, we had so much fun exploring its facilities and activities, from the swimming pool to the amusing silent disco.

I was disappointed with their food as it wasn't fresh and cold. With the high prices, this hotel's restaurants should be able to serve food that's still hot and fresh.

Although the hotel looks a bit old, it was neat and clean overall. However, there were some issues during our stay. For example, the shower area had drainage issues.

Based on my reviews, I was not satisfied with this tour because its departure was delayed, which was caused by another group arriving late. The tour should have been stricter with other groups who arrived late. Also, this tour doesn't have a promo code, which travelers who want to save money on their vacation need, and I'm one of those travelers.

The hotel provides an underground parking area right in front of it, but it's a bit pricey. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the staff with big smiles on their faces, and then they happily guided us to the room. The room was very nice and very clean. I wouldn't recommend going to the restaurant on the main floor, as the service was very poor and slow.
