I had booked the spa but canceled it due to the lack of service we received during our stay. I didn't want to risk paying $170 for a 50-minute massage. I also tried requesting the spa menu with prices several times but I never received it. Finally, I called and the hotel staff promised to send it via email but the result was the same.

The plus point of this hotel is its great location, as it is within walking distance of most tourist attractions. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent. On the downside, the bathroom is small. When we stepped in, I bumped my hand on some oddly placed bathroom fixtures and the shower sprayed everywhere.

We decided to booking a room at this hotel because of its location near the center of Porto. The prices per night were okay, and the hotel staff was very nice and friendly. However, the hotel is a bit old-fashioned, as there are a lot of brown colors. That said, the room was clean and a good size. The only downside is that there is little parking space at the front of the hotel.
