The hotel has friendly reception staff and first-class service. Special thanks to the customer service representatives, who were lovely and very attentive.

We had a good stay at Sarova Woodlands Hotel because the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately, the pillows provided were too big, so I had to get rid of them.

For those planning a vacation to this resort during the summer, we recommend that you do not do so, as the rooms have poor air conditioning. No matter how much you run the AC, the rooms will always be humid. Not just the rooms but also the common areas of the resort have no air conditioning or ventilation, so it's miserable when you're waiting for the slow elevator.
