The rooms are elegant and can accommodate all my family members. We love the swimming pool and sun loungers. The price is pretty high, though.

The lodge offers a great concept with a fantastic play experience, allowing guests to observe animals up close at the waterhole. However, the quality of service needs to meet Mantis' expected standards, with food and service falling short of expectations.

After reading people's reviews, it turns out that I wasn't the only one who found the food disappointing.

After spending a few weeks at this hotel, I was shocked at how run-down the rooms were. The carpets were stained, the curtains were dirty, and the hallways were filthy. Hopefully, after reading this review, this hotel can get better in the future!

The hotel's architecture is incredible, beautiful, unique, and indeed at one with nature. The restaurant's food menu is delicious and the ingredients used are fresh. The inclusive cocktails, canapés every night, and free laundry service are great perks when traveling with family. I highly recommend this hotel.
