It was such a good decision to upgrade to the Preferred Club, which meant we had our butler to help during our stay. We also had access to all the resort's pools and lounges. Great experiences!

We were delighted after taking this tour. The wine tasting after kayaking was a fantastic combination. Many thanks to the guide for helping us to enjoy the trip comfortably.

The accommodation provided by this hotel is very satisfactory. However, one factor that disappointed us was that there was no adequate security to address the teenagers harassing guests by pouring water on them and barging onto the stage during the entertainment program.

Upon entering the room, I noticed a slight odor, cracks in the bathroom, and a stained bathtub. Worse still, while showering, I found a dead insect in the corner of the bathroom. I don't care what price you pay for a room; hotels should make sure there are no bugs.
