I will be back here again for a family vacation! The staff was friendly, and the room service was amazing. My business trip was so wholesome.

This hotel did a great job hosting our office events. It had a good parking area and lobby, and the staff even helped our guests find their rooms easily.

When we visited this hotel's restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised at how much variety there was on the breakfast menu. However, it's all worth the prices.

So, this is my review so far. I went to Spa Ya'ax because one of the staff members offered us a package at the poolside. I had a facial, body scrub, and full-body massage in the spa salon, which was very satisfying. I had the same masseuse three times, and she was truly the best of the best. As a fitness instructor, I highly recommend this spa wholeheartedly.
