Visiting the eco park connected to the ocean was the most exciting experience ever. You can even clearly see Cozumel Island. Xcaret offers affordable packages. Niceee!

We are a small family of four. Visiting Xcaret and the other attractions was less complicated since I bought 2 day pass tickets from Xcaret Park Mexico. Oh, well, such a fantastic adventure! Its price is affordable and worth it!

I could address the breakfast, which was the same story. The service was the same, and the cuisine was very average. The price for a plate was also not normal.

We fell in love the first time we stayed here. Every spot is excellent for photos. It's a peaceful, quiet hotel that always makes us feel relaxed and refreshed. However, the rooms and common areas all look outdated.

The restaurant is excellent, and so is the price. The wait staff, servers, and concierge are beneficial. However, the front desk or registration could be better. I spent over $8000.00 for a room I booked but have yet to get.

My stay could have been better due to issues like inadequate air conditioning and unresponsive staff, including a payment collection attempt despite my prior price agreement. I also felt discriminated against when my friend received a suite while I was declined, which was frustrating considering my loyalty as a Diamond member.

The weekend buffet in the restaurant has noticeably deteriorated, needing more special items expected for a more festive spread. The variety is limited compared to a few months ago, and the seafood options could be much better.

I had a terrific vacation week with my pals! The beach that the hotel offered was naturally beautiful.

For me, the Eiffel Tower Suite review was quite remarkable! The hotel staff was kind and helpful. The location was ideal for us, and the overall area was not overcrowded. Most importantly, the breakfast was in the room, so I didn't have to go outside. Perfect!

Very welcoming and professional place that you want to return to. Visiting the city's most famous attraction, the Pyramid Louvre, takes a little step. We had a fantastic time and liked returning from our activities, relaxing, and going out again. The location is quite central and offers a beautiful view.

Fantastic stay! It is a paradise with delicious gourmet, cozy facilities, and incredibly kind people.

The hotel's food was reasonable price, and the oyster review was good. The more excellent evening restaurant had a good selection of food and cuisine options.

Here is my review of the hotel. There are several pools, all with various vibes and sizes. The Eden pool was our favorite because it was the least crowded, but the cafe was crowded.

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Punta Cana Bavaro is a great place to stay. It's a vacation with excellent accommodation, which keeps us returning year after year!

It took a while for them to give us our room and for the check-in procedure to move very slowly. The heat is oppressive since the lobby lacks air conditioning. So, here's what I can give three stars.

The food could be better even if it's always served new. Although the restaurant is located in Dominica, it does not serve Dominican food.

Although the rooms are old and dim, they are tidy and well-maintained. Several sun loungers were provided, but they could have been more comfortable and better made. I was curious about the hotel's wedding package since the outdoor area looked fantastic

During lunch, the main buffet restaurant was arbitrarily closed. We did not enjoy the cuisine, and the buffet did not offer as many options as many all inclusive resorts do.

The check-in experience was terrible, and the hotel staff was not quick to respond. Nevertheless, based on my review, the swimming pool and restaurant menu were good enough.

Awe-inspiring service! I'm American, and I can say I had a fantastic experience using the travel department on the 5th of October during my trip to Egypt. Thank you so muchhhhhh!
