I've called the waiter repeatedly, but they always address the need to wait even though I have been waiting for the food I ordered for several hours. That's why I wrote this reviews.

The pool and gardens around the hotel are well-maintained. I want to give a big applause to the staff who maintain them.

After reading people's reviews, it turns out that I wasn't the only one who found the food disappointing.

You need to try the nightlife in Cancun! It only takes less than 5 hours to try all the rides! I also recommend buying the tickets here because the discounts are amazing!
