Simply superb! The staff was excellent and always quick to help us with any confusion. The food was outstanding and our room was extremely comfortable with unbeatable facilities.

The hotel was very nice and clean, especially the well-maintained room. On the plus side, the hotel is next to a beautiful beach and adjacent to a vibrant shopping center. I was delighted to stay at this hotel.

The water waves were unpredictable. As a result, we had to endure nausea during the trip. Fortunately, the staff was quick to help us by giving us medicine so that we wouldn't feel nauseous anymore.

I don't want to make a long comment because this tour offers a perfect vacation with extraordinarily experienced guides. For those still hesitant to use this tour, I can guarantee that you will not regret it.

It offers an organized and excellent trip to Athens and the Aegean Islands. Thus, I'm satisfied with the service provided by this tour. Besides that, our guide was exceptional in helping us at any time.

We really enjoyed the cruise facilities offered by this tour, including comfortable cabins, delicious and varied food, smiling staff, and other plus points. I will use this tour again for the next vacation.

Before we departed from the hotel, the receptionist gave us two hours of space to shower. That was wonderful. I would also like to thank the hotel reception for allowing us to have dinner at the restaurant upon arrival. Fortunately, the restaurant was open for new visitors in the evening to enjoy the meal for free.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. As such, we give it a 5-star review for its service and facilities, including the comfortable bedrooms. The only issue we had was the pipe odor in the bathroom and the sink in the kitchen, which made noise at night on our last night. Even so, it wasn't a big deal.

It would be nice if the heated adult pool were fixed soon as a few buttons didn't work, including the indoor heated pool. Other than that, there are no disappointing factors about this hotel.

The pool was very nice and clean. The playground provided is also well maintained. The hotel is only 15 minutes away from the beach, the main 'strip', bars, and some famous restaurants. I liked the service and facilities of this hotel.

On arrival, the hotel looked lovely, the receptionist was friendly, and we saw many cleaners walking around. However, upon closer inspection, we found dirt and stains on the bed sheets when we arrived at the room.

I had a great stay at the Fairmont Kea Lani - Maui Wailea, so I want to write this review. The facility feels new, updated, and significant when approaching the front door and entering the open-air lobby. The personnel is courteous and friendly, and they want to please.

The accommodations were excellent, and the staff was quite helpful in all aspects. Our view was so beautiful that we didn't want to leave the room. Our son also was happy with the water slide.

Our tour guide was excellent and quick to help those of us who needed help, thus making the vacation unforgettable. Therefore, we will never hesitate to choose the Travel Department for our next vacation.

This is the seventh time we have used the Travel Department for our vacation. Overall, the trip was a great experience, from downloading the tickets to departure from Crete, excellent tour guides, and staff ready to help at any time.

We had a great vacation at this hotel. There are so many positives and benefits we could mention. The mini-bar is replenished daily, the daily room cleaning, and the Nespresso coffee maker is replenished daily.

Overall, the hotel is family-friendly, and the food provided by the main restaurant is delicious. Unfortunately, many activities, including the Oasis swimming pool, require a gold bracelet. In addition, some rooms have a terrible odor.

We stayed at this hotel because it's close to cruise port and offers easy access to the city center. The hotel also has a free shuttle bus that runs during the day to Acropolis, which is very convenient for hotel guests.

I can't give it a bad rating because the staff was helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately, our room was outdated and gloomy and didn't have air conditioning.

When I visited the hotel's restaurant for breakfast, I was surprised by the slow service. Even though the restaurant wasn't crowded, I had to wait 30 minutes.
