This was our tenth stay at this well-established upscale hotel. This time, I would like to review last month's stay from our point of view. The hotel's location is strategic, right in the middle of the beautiful Bang Tao beach in North West Phuket. In addition, the residence is satisfying.

This hotel could do so much more with its space. One effort that the hotel could make is to improve the quality of the beach bar, such as lowering the prices of drinks to make them more affordable.

The hotel is wonderful and well maintained, whether it is the facilities inside or outside the hotel. For example, the rooms are spacious, the food quality is excellent, and the pool is well-maintained. Overall, I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

I was thrilled to join the tour around the famous tourist destinations in South Africa with the Travel Department because the company had arranged everything. So, I only need to prepare my own supplies.

The accommodation provided by this hotel is very satisfactory. However, one factor that disappointed us was that there was no adequate security to address the teenagers harassing guests by pouring water on them and barging onto the stage during the entertainment program.

When staying at this hotel, the good feelings never stop flowing. From the accommodation to the service, the staff always managed to satisfy me. For example, the hotel staff did not hesitate to give us a daily schedule every morning with all the activities we could do.

However, my last vacation at this hotel was quite disappointing because people occupied the adult pools with a day pass, so I didn't have the chance to use them.

Through this reviews, I want to convey that the elevator smells very bad and intense. I even found a lizard in the room, but it didn't seem like a big deal, so I didn't report it to the hotel staff. Maybe the only thing that needs to be fixed is the elevator smell. Please add an extra air freshener!

Our tour guide was amiable and knowledgeable. We were also treated to many sweet and savory dishes that reflected the Dutch food scene. Therefore, I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an off-the-beaten tourist track experience.

This tour was perfect. As mentioned in previous reviews, the local guide was knowledgeable about the food, culture, and history of the cities we visited. Thanks to her, the food tour was a lot of fun.

The hotel provides many buffet restaurant and bar options. However, our choice fell on the Polo Bar. Although the prices were pretty expensive, everything lived up to our expectations. Luckily, there's always a 'happy hour,' which makes the cocktail prices even cheaper.

We stayed at the Excellence Villa, which was the most incredible property we have ever stayed in. The whole property was perfect, so it was well worth the prices.

Our trip was delightful. The staff was amiable and ready to help us anytime. Plus, the suite we stayed in was very comfortable and spacious. Writing this reviews now makes me miss this resort so much, and I want to return there as soon as possible.

We felt disappointed when staying at this resort because we didn't get a minibar service. We mentioned this to the concierge. Fortunately, the concierge said he would address it, but we never received the minibar service again during our stay.
