I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience because my room was clean, well-maintained, spacious, and cozy. Thanks to that, I would like to return to Muscat again to stay at this hotel.

I have never felt compelled to write online reviews before, but for this tour, I had to. The tour provided terrific tour guides who were kind, attentive, funny, and made an effort to get to know everyone personally. In addition, the local guides made this tour much more fun and carefree.

The tour bus departure points and times were clear. The tour guide was pleasant, but we felt rushed. Although the tour guide said not to rush, we were always trying to catch up. Plus, there are no benches until you leave the tourist spot.

Tour was overcrowded, too many at once so we couldn't enjoy the beauty of every tourist spot we visited. The number of people on the tour may be narrowed down in the future.

This tour is the best choice for those who want to walk at a leisurely pace while gazing at the architecture of the tourist attractions visited. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but she spent too much time explaining some of the things we saw. Perhaps the explanations could have been shortened, as the duration of the tour is fairly short.

I saw some bad reviews about the service of this tour, which is not true. This tour handled and served me well and deftly. Overall, I highly recommend this tour for people who read my review.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable, but unfortunately, every lobby seat, bar stool, and hallway was filled with meeting attendees networking. The hotel staff should have been more assertive and directed them to the conference room instead.

We were very happy with the hotel's location, as we were able to visit various sights on foot. Plus, we could buy tickets for the Canal tour at a much cheaper price directly from the tour boat a few minutes away from our hotel.

I'm writing this reviews to commend the Front Desk service, particularly the Front Desk Manager, who has been very helpful to us during the check-in and check-out process.

The hotel was quite disappointing because the breakfast was not good in terms of consistency. For example, the scrambled eggs were mushy and flavorless, and the bacon was dry and burnt. In addition, the staff didn't even give me a bottle of water in my room. Eventually, I address the matter to the hotel staff so they could give me a bottle of water in my room.

What a wonderful stay! I came here with my little family, my husband, and two children. We stayed in the beautiful bungalow. Their kid's program helps me make fun of my children's experiences. This hotel is not a 4-star lookalike.?? We paid for all the exclusive experiences but had to pay extra costs for "special" events like beach parties and barbeques. This one didn't have to be charged extra and must be included in all-inclusive packages!

Xplor Fuego is a fun evening activity, especially during the summer. Unfortunately, some attractions are closed and the shopping area is quite narrow. We hope that after reading this reviews, Xplor Fuego will rectify the shortcomings.
