Enjoying the wonderful main pool, it was a perfect spot to relax. The animation team was outstanding and friendly staff are making us feel welcome. Sadly, the restaurant service didn’t meet expectations and was a bit disappointing compared to the rest of the hotel’s offerings.

The sea view was absolutely breathtaking, making it a highlight of my stay. The room was impeccably clean and well-organized, which added to the comfort. However, the food at the restaurant was just average—it could have been better to match the otherwise stunning experience.

The hotel furnishings seem outdated and need updating. The hotel's fitness center and swimming pool are quite small.

Although the hotel looks a bit old, it was neat and clean overall. However, there were some issues during our stay. For example, the shower area had drainage issues.

I enjoyed the Western-style buffet breakfast provided by the hotel restaurant, which was well presented. At first, I was overwhelmed by the choice of food, as the hotel's restaurant offers a variety of interesting food menu. In the end, my choice was a burger and fries.

Generally very good. I stayed three times in 3 weeks, but check-in was a pain as I had a reservation but had to complete registration 3 times even though the hotel already had all my details!!! However, the buffet they served was tasty, enough to satisfy me.

I was a little nervous as it was my first time rafting. Fortunately, the guides were amiable and helped me to feel more excited than scared.

The rafting trip felt long because we had to stop a few times to wait for everyone, but on the other hand, the trip was very enjoyable and I was very satisfied.

Had a wonderful stay here! My family holiday was filled with happiness. The hotel has a stunning sea view, an amazing spa, and a super strategic location close to all the entertainment spots. Reccomended to you all!!

This hotel is a nice place to stay with a great view of Nha Trang Bay, but the noise was the worst part for me. Unfortunately, my room was near the club (?), and it kept me up until 3 a.m

This trip was fantastic. Our guides were terrific, friendly, and very helpful. They were patient with us as we struggled to get into a rhythm and control.

The location is very good for traveling and many shopping centers in the area. So many options for food and shopping, the rooms are good, have a variety of food options but the place is very crowded many guests come because of easy transportation

The ride was a lot of fun. The steep slopes and the view of Belleayre Mountain were a great combination. I gave 4 stars only because this trip lacked communication, as I didn't know about the upcoming events.

The tour guides provided by this tour are very informative and cheerful, which makes the tour more interesting and exciting.

I stayed here on a short business trip. The hotel was fantastic, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is ideal, near to Duomo and the Opera House. I had a very small room with a very large bathroom, but strangely, I was unable to plug in the hairdryer in the bathroom.

I booked a junior executive suite, but the hotel staff gave me a room that hadn't been renovated, even though most floors had been completely renovated. I have address this complaint to the staff, but they ignored it. We hope Pathumwan Princess Hotel can improve after reading this review.

When we visited this hotel's restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised at how much variety there was on the breakfast menu. However, it's all worth the prices.

I was disappointed with their food as it wasn't fresh and cold. With the high prices, this hotel's restaurants should be able to serve food that's still hot and fresh.

This hotel is one of the best places to stay in the heart of Chinatown. The rooms are well-maintained and close to several famous tourist attractions.

The hotel's parking lot is not spacious enough. Also, our room was too small and not worth the price.
