The food was very disappointing, even though the prices were quite expensive. Through this review, I hope the hotel improves the food it serves its guests, including me.

So far, we have never experienced any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. I was confused by the bad comments when the hotel boasts clean and nice rooms. Even the facilities are well maintained.

If you love the combination of singing, music, dancing, eating, drinking, playing games, and being silly, then Xoximilco Xcaret is the best choice to do it all. That's the reason why I'm writing this review because I'm satisfied with the service provided.

Everything is nice and efficient. But unfortunately, there's no airport shuttle, which we needed the most since it's easy to move around. I'm not really sure how to explain it, but it has all the facilities, and the rooms are OK.

The location is excellent and very convenient for shopping and restaurants. The rooms are cozy, and the hotel's employees always address me to be helpful.

So, here are my reviews. First, the hotel's central location next to the convenient Glorietta shopping center means it's good. Second, the staff was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was good, but the noodle station was slow. However, the minus was I had to swap rooms twice as they were too noisy.

Great stay here! We decided to stay here for the 4 days of our trip to Manila. We opted for the lounge access room and are so glad we did. The staff made every effort to ensure we were well looked after. Even after running in 5 minutes before the end of happy hour, they ensured we had enough food and something to drink after a very long day.

After reading some reviews, I discovered that I was not the only one who experienced this, namely the hotel staff's lack of English. But I didn't have a problem with that because the most important thing was that the room and facilities provided were satisfactory. Fortunately, this hotel provides such satisfying rooms and facilities.

The room was very comfortable and perfect for a short break. The receptionist was very friendly and welcomed us warmly. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not fluent in English, so communicating was difficult for me.

I just realized that not all staff can speak English, so I had a bit of trouble during the check-in process. Fortunately, it still went well, although it was a bit too long.

Through this review, we suggest that the breakfast buffet menu options be increased, especially Thai specialties. However, overall, the food served at this hotel's restaurant is very delicious and the prices still reasonable.

The prices per night at this hotel are worth it for the very friendly and good service of the hotel staff. In addition, the rooms are very clean, stylish, and new.

We appreciate all the staff since check-in, including the bell boy or concierge who brought our bags to the room. Also, the room was good, the breakfast was fantastic, and there was an excellent variety of dishes and drinks.

The place has an ideal location, the rooms are great and the service is also commendable. Practically free of all discounts and freebies she gave me including pleasant company during my stay.

5/5~~ This hotel’s location is perfect location, it’s close to the every attraction place. The restaurant has many options of fresh food. My room hasn’t problem, it’s clean and tidy.

Athens is one of my vacation wishlist and I was grateful choose this hotel for my stay! Everything was great, from my bed is soft and comfy, the room is clean, and their staff or receptionist is welcoming. I just feel disturb because my room was near to the nightclub, but it’s kinda fine.

I'm here for a business trip, but this hotel didn’t quite hit the mark(?) For the honest review, the staff was lovely, and the room was clean and tidy, which I appreciated. However, the noise from the bar near my room was disruptive, making it difficult to focus. For a hotel in such a prime location, it’s frustrating that something as basic as tranquility was lacking. Fortunately, the breakfast was okay.

Absolutely loved my stay! The hotel is in a strategic location, making it super easy to get around. The hospitality was exceptional, staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Plus, the price was really reasonable for the quality and service offered. Highly recommend!
