This hotel's restaurant serves perfect breakfast food because the portions are filling. I'm writing this reviews as a token of gratitude for serving good food.

The hotel room offered a fantastic ocean view, and the mattresses and pillows were quite comfortable. Excellent facilities in the house.

When I joined the tour in late October, the apples in the orchard were rotten and wrinkled. The temperature undoubtedly affected the changing quality of the apples. Fortunately, the group leaders guided us in choosing good apples among the rotten ones.

Our bus was delayed on the way back to Manhattan because we were told to wait for people who had finished their dinner.

The guide was very pleasant even though I arrived late. I appreciate the respect this guide shows to this tour's customers.

The ventilation of the bus we were on was inferior so that we could smell from the bus toilet throughout the trip. The trip would have been much better if the staff had maintained and regularly cleaned the bus ventilation.

The bus provided for this tour arrived on time, so I didn't have to wait long. Also, the staff were very kind and willing to help me when I had booking issues.

One of the disappointing factors of this hotel was the food menu prices, which didn't meet my expectations. Hopefully, this hotel also can improve the taste of the food served!

When I joined this tour, there was a misunderstanding between the owner, driver, and group, and they didn't confirm the misunderstanding with us. So, we were left in the dark. This was very unprofessional.

There isn't anything to comment on regarding this tour, as all the facilities they provide are very satisfactory. For example, the bus was very comfortable and the lunch was delicious.

A great place to relax in a beautiful location with excellent service and very good food. The beach on the property is small and not very welcoming, but there is a very nice public beach a 15-minute walk from the property.

The resort impresses with its spacious and luxurious complex surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens.

We love 7 Pines Sardinia! Truly a beautiful, peaceful & new property! The food is amazing and the staff is so attentive!

We got a very informative tour guide. During the tour, the guide never tired of sharing information about the culture, terrain, and weather in Waikiki. Therefore, I am writing this reviews as a sign of gratitude and satisfaction.

Overall, my stay had some ups and downs. So, Im going to make points that the hotel had to improve: (-) Housekeeping was a bit odd—they cleaned the bathroom but skipped making the bed, and the floor stayed pretty dusty (-) AC was way too loud (-) Options for dessert were limited (-) There were no knives, so I had to get creative with a spoon and fork to cut my eggs and bread

It was a lean hotel with friendly staff and a massive pool. Rooms are simple but comfy, and it’s super close to GrandWorld, with many dining options nearby, including an Indian restaurant. They’ve got a free airport shuttle, too, which is convenient. The only downside was breakfast; we had some vegetarians, but the chef wasn’t keen on making veggie dishes beyond the basics.

When I visited the restaurant, I was a little upset that the waiter didn't address me what buffet menu items weren't available. I was only informed after my order was processed.

I don't think there's anything to complain about this hotel's facilities and entertainment because all the facilities are very comparable to the rates given, ranging from bedrooms, swimming pools, parks, etc.

When I ordered a salad at the restaurant, I found the one they served wasn't fresh and had hair. Fortunately, the staff immediately gave me a new order after I address the complaint.

We had a good stay at Sarova Woodlands Hotel because the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately, the pillows provided were too big, so I had to get rid of them.
